Um...some sort of deciduous azalea, yes? I don't know them well enough to guess at a species, though. Pretty photo!

ReplyDeleteIt's a deciduous azalea/rhododendron. I would bet that it's a hybrid one rather than a straight native species. From the color it probably has calendulaceum or austrinum in its parentage.
